9DAYS ZANZIBAR BEACH HOLIDAY overview
ITINERARY
DAY1: AIRPORT PICKUP AND STONE TOWN CITY TOUR
Upon arrival the Airport, you will be picked and transferred to your hotel where you will check in and unwind for a while.
At 14:30, our guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you on the Stone Town City Tour, which will take you around the historically significant, culturally significant and architecturally significant town of Zanzibar with a century-long history. It includes visits to the House of wonder, the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, the town market and the historic location of a slave market, which is currently occupied by an Anglican church built in 1871. At 16:30 we return to the hotel for some free time to enjoy the pool and other hotel amenities.
DAY2: PRISON ISLAND TOUR AND SPICE FARM TOUR
You will picked up from your hotel by our guide for the prison island tour at 9:00am after breakfast, when you will see the 1893 Lioyd Mathews building and see the island’s home to Aldabra Giant Tortoises. Following the tour, you will have some free time before having lunch at 6 Degrees or another such restaurant.
At 14:30, our experienced driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the spice farm Tour, where you will learn about the spices that grow in Zanzibar’s villages and plantation on a walking tour that provides an olfactory immersion in island rural life.
DAY3: THE SAFARI BLUE TOUR (FUUL DAY TRIP)
Your guide will pick you up from your hotel after breakfast at 8:30am for the safari blue Tour which includes a full day of sailing, snorkeling, sunbathing and seafood BBQ. You will explore Menai Bay, where dolphin sightings are frequent, after setting sail from fumbo. You may snorkel the coral reefs when you drop anchor at Kwale Sandbank. Kwale Island  is a fantastic location to explore and climb an old baobab tree that was felled hundreds of years ago yet is still standing tall.
DAY4: CHECKOUT FROM THE SEYYIDA HOTEL TOO DOUBLE TREE RESROT(NUNGWI)
You should check out of The Seyyida Hotel at 10:00 after breakfast, and we’ll be driving there to check into Double Tree Resort, which is on the North Coast. Enjoy some free time at the beach hotel while eating the hotel’s breakfast and dinner as part of the half-board meal plan (HB)  Â
DAY5-8: FREE TIME AT THE HOTEL AND BEACH LEASURE
Daytime recreation options include swimming and playing at the beach in front of the hotel, taking advantage of the shoreline, or making flexible personal arrangements for participating in water sports (HB).
The next two days will be spent unwinding at the beach. Before returning home, take this opportunity to unwind, renew and rejuvenate. Additionally, you can add to the days by participating in a variety of water sports that suit your interests. You can engage in diving, snorkeling parasailing, jet skiing beach volleyball and other water sports. Enjoy the stunning sunsets as the sun sets across the turquoise tropical water in the late evenings. Â
DAY9: BREAKFAST AND THEN TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT DEPARTURE
Breakfast free time and then your guide will transfer you the airport where you will be catching your flight back home.
